  Bought a pack of fags but forogt to pick them up...walked back to the desk before i left the shop and they then speant 45 minutes checking the cameras...then told me " the cameras arnt clear enough to see, maybe u dropped them" there is a blindspot on the tills..asked for the stire manager...who chevked cameras and then said its my own fault for not picking them up! Didnt give me another pack even thoughi offer3d to let me search me...i asked them to check of i had been pick po keted and they refused...manager was very rude dodnt care about my problem and said je jad better things to do and walked away and said if i have a problem call the police!! I was treated like a second class citizen and will never return again, disgusting treatment from a multimillion pound firm, lll be using local stores from now on...worst experience and treatment iv ever had.
